Consultarea initiala cu clientul
Artistul are importanta datorie de a ghida si inspira clientul in alegerea subiectului optim iar clientul are datoria de a avea incredere in bunul discernamant al artistului.Se discuta despre ideile optime de design ale viitorului mozaic si pentru a afla dimensiunile suportului pe care va fi fixat mozaicul.Va fi stabilit un pret estimativ pe lucrare.
Prezentare design si materiale
Va fi prezentat clientului un proiect/design al viitorului mozaic si vor fi prezenate alternative in ceea ce priveste materialele ce se preteaza cel mai bine imaginii ce urmeaza a fi transpusa in mozaic(se ia aici in considerare daca mozaicul este de exterior sau interior). In momentul in care clientul este multumit de conceptul prezentat se va trece la etapa urmatoare.
Lucrul efectiv
Mozaicul va fi lucrat in atelierul artistului dupa care acesta va fi transportat in locul unde urmeaza a fi cimentat/fixat.Fixarea mozaicului se va face sub supravegherea si indrumarea atenta a artistului.
Lucrarile publice
In cazul in care acestea sunt aprobate si sponsorizate de primariile de sector si/sau de managerii diferitelor institutii, lucrul efectiv urmeaza acelasi protocol ca in cazul de mai sus.
Initial consultation
with the client of the mosaic commission to discuss mosaic design ideas and take measurements. An approximate fee for the piece would be established. The artist has the responsibility of guiding the client to find the best subject/model for the work and the client must trust the good judgement of the artist.
Submission design roughs
Several alternative design roughs together with tile/material samples would be presented to client.
The making stage
The mosaic project is produced at the artists personal workshop.
Siting of work
The completed mosaic is transported to the site, it will be cemented into place and grouted by a responsible someone hired by client. Responsibility of supervision for fixing/cementing the mosaic rests with the artist.
Public & community
Mosaic projects which will be approved and sponsored by the local community/city hall and/or institutions managers can be also scheduled, with the main work produced at the workshop.
Costuri/Costs
In functie de complexitatea,materialele folosite si suprafata decorata se va stabili un pret pe lucrarea respectiva.
Depending on the complexity of the work and the chosen materials a certain fee will be established on the mosaic piece.
Termenii Platii/Payment Terms
Plata se va face in trei transe egale,prima inaintea inceperii lucrului,a doua in momentul in care se ajunge la jumatatea executiei si ultima la finalul executiei proiectului.
Payment is in three equal instalments; at the start, middle and with the completion of the project.
